As i stated before: Grenades, Walkers, Rocket Turrets, Infantry Rocket launchers, Flying Unit-Rockets, all rocket-Types and except of the grenades and the flying units (i always forget the name) they're all late tier. If you slap it on a melee unit and that melee guy rockets in I mean what are they going to do about it? They can try to attack it I guess good luck and if they don't then melee wins. PUGs are good in the hand of geniuses because +40% evasion is stupidly strong.
